Did the American Indian tribes believe in Reincarnation? (why this isnt more talked about ?)?

The Mayans had their own form of astrology that was not the same as out Babylonian system. I am not sure they believed in reincarnation, maybe they did. The Klingit and similer tribes in Alsaka and Canada DID believe in reincarnation, and many still do despite being Christian. Many tribes did, but I am not so sure if MOST did.
