Settler vs Non-settler colonies in Africa?

I know for sure that Cameroon, Kenya, Nigeria, Senegal, Tanzania were. Safe bet would be any countries around these ones. Is this final at msu any chance? I have the same exact question on my final today....in 2 hours...
