UDPP STILL creases on me, ANY OTHER recommendations?

what i do is first i wipe my lids with tissue to dry them. then i use MAC eye prep and prime. then dream matte moose cream foundation. then my eye shadow as normal. sometimes i put the MAC mattifier on under the prep and prime.
