Not really. They can't bring back the respect for titles because there aren't many talented superstars left in WWE. The ones that actually had good moves are going to TNA. Plus there is already WWE Tag Team Championship and it sucks. Also people are not going to start watching the show just because there is a International Tag Team Championship.
