Why does TNA have such wack theme music?

I mean a select few are good but they never have breakthrough theme music like Edge/HHH/Drew Mcintyre/Del-Rio or Orton (just to name some). It just kinda comes off as low budget. I get that they are not the product that WWE is money wise but can't they afford some good theme music? *Thoughts*
