My hair is naturally semi-wavy, but how can I get it super wavy like in this picture?

you could do a quich hair do almost like kim khardashian if you buy a slightly bigger curling iron,run it through parts of your hair,use hairspray and when your finished,run your fingers through all of your hair and then part your hair in the middle,and curl the ends of your hair outward of your face and then you would have the cutest look.enjoy:)
