What can I do to improve my mood?

Sleep is important, go to your schools clinic and ask for something like ambien, or trazadone. As for clubs, they aren't everything. If you have a spiritual side you can join a church youth group. You can also do simple things like call your family, or go for a walk and feed ducks. Could you volunteer at your local zoo on weekends? Animals are a great way to help with loneliness.
