The great sioux war?!?

The other Great Plains Indians allied with them. The war resulted from US imperialism. Government didn't protect miners or settlers, they protected their own national interests and agenda. Indians seem to have lost the battle, but from the look of their casino profits and power, they're finally winning the war. Settlers gained free land rights. Sioux lost 5,000 years of culture, language and hope.
