How can i make my boobs grow?

im 12 dont say drugs dont say sugery dont say im 2 young dont say theres no way and dont say any food tried that and i still dont fit into cup bras all my friends are bs and cs and i at least want a 34 a i want to be noticable i am at the stage of breast buds and its coming to an end (is it answer if its coming to an end) beacuse the rounder part is puffy ier and i need something that works in a month and a half school starts soon and i dont wanna be the same size as last year i get made fun of by every one even my parents i swear i like cry sometimes im the ONLY 1 even my 10 year old cuzin has big boobs please help me im sad :( :( :( :( :( :(
