Were most of the "white settlers" that ran off the American Indians in the USA from Ulster Ireland or Scotland?

Most of the first English settlers were actually English protestants who disagreed with the Church of England or wanted more land. Not all the colonies treated the Native Americans the same either. The Rhode Island colony stuck by the treaties they made with the Indians. The original Plymouth colony would not have survived their first years without the assistance of the Indians. On the other hand Dutch colonists made the infamous trade for Manhatten Island. Scots and Irish came over usually as indentured servants in those early years and they were too busy working off their indenture to do much against the Indians. I'd never heard anything about the Scots and Irish leading any campaigns against the Indians.
